At Femometer, our goal is to make sure that you're a happy customer and have the best experience possible with us.
Under these 3 circumstances, we offer a 30-day return policy.
1. It's Your First Order:
If you are a first-time buyer from Femometer, we offer a full refund for your initial order within 30 days of purchase for all reasons. Femometer will cover a partial shipping fee (1. Orders in the US cover $7; 2. Orders in Germany cover €5; 3. Orders in France, Italy, and Spain cover €6; 4. Orders in Canada cover C$12; 5. Orders in the UK cover ￡5.) Items must be returned in their original condition, with the tamper seal unbroken for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-First Orders
2.1 Faulty Products & Incorrect Orders:
We’re pretty strict with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the crack. If your product is faulty, or an incorrect order was sent to you by mistake, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including all shipping fees*).
2.2 Unsatisfied Customers
If products delivered to you are in good condition but you're not 100% happy with them, an issued refund is available. If you ordered the wrong products (incorrect size), an issued refund is available.
For the above two conditions, there are a few things to note: the return shipping ISN'T covered by Femometer and refunds will be returned to the original purchaser's payment method. Items must be returned in their original condition, with the tamper seal unbroken for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your situation is not any of these 3 covered above, a return policy doesn't apply. For exceptions or non-returnable items, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, please reach out to our support team firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase details and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, kindly provide us with the shipping number for your return order. We will promptly process your refund within 2 business days. The refunded amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment, such as your credit card, within 3-7 business days.
Please get in touch with us at email@example.com to troubleshoot the issue you're facing. We will happily help you process an exchange within 90 days of purchase. You can only initiate an exchange for the same purchased item.
1. Manufacturing Defects
If we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will exchange the product and cover all shipping costs.
2. Non-Manufacturing Defects
We only accept resellable products for exchange. It's the customer's responsibility to pay for any related shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement within 3 working days. Delivery times will be in accordance with the
Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Please note that Return & Exchange policy is only applicable for products purchased directly from the Femometer website. If you purchased from another retailer, please refer to their Return & Exchange policy.
